1. Who we are
Xyrasoft ApS ("we", "us") is a software studio registered in Denmark (CVR 46440595), with its registered office in Aalborg. We are the data controller for personal data collected through xyrasoft.com.
2. What we collect
We collect (a) information you submit in our contact and newsletter forms (name, email, company, project details); (b) technical data your browser sends when you visit the site (IP-truncated logs, user-agent); and (c) privacy-friendly analytics events via Plausible, which does not use cookies and does not track you across sites.
3. Why we collect it
To reply to your inquiry, to send you newsletter content you have subscribed to, to operate and improve the site, and to meet our legal obligations.
4. Where it's stored
All data is stored in EU regions (typically Belgium or the Netherlands on Firebase / Google Cloud). We do not transfer your data to third countries without an adequate legal basis.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to processing of your personal data. Email admin@xyrasoft.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency.
6. Changes
We may update this policy. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on this page.
